      We do not. We will take the time on a personal level to instruct and make sure you have a good understanding of what needs to be done. We usually start with a little lesson on using the Sharpening Steel. The most important thing to remember is that your Sharpening Steel isn’t for sharpening a dull knife. It is meant to keep a sharp knife sharp. Eventually the knife gets to a point were the steel is no longer effective and a stone needs to be used in order to establish a new edge. Of course many people prefer to have us do that for them. We’re always here to help and answer any questions you may have.
