He has traveled around the world learning different cooking and knife sharpening techniques. Nicholas joined our team thinking he knew everything there was to know about sharpening, but when he met Marty Petlicki, the owner and master sharpener of Northwestern Cutlery he was eager to learn more from him!
Evening classes will have no more than 8 students with 2 instructors and 4 Students for each Saturday class to ensure ample learning. Majority of class time will be the hands-on knife-sharpening lesson, so come ready to roll up your sleeves!
