No. Come in anytime during regular business hours.
A typical wait for customers is 15 to 20 minutes with 10 knives or less. We do sharpen on a first come first serve basis so that could prolong your wait time.
Yes. We have FREE customer parking right next to our building.
Yes, Serrated knives can be sharpened several times before wearing out. At that point we re-serrate the knife.
Yes, we receive knives through UPS and USPS all the time. Fill out this mail in form and include it with your knives and we'll take care of the rest. Newspaper works well for wrapping your knives
Yes, If you prefer to have your knife 100% hand sharpened be prepared to leave your knife for a day or two. Turnaround time increases during the holidays. It's a process and cannot be rushed. Prices start at $15.00 per knife and will increase if the knife is badly damaged or worn.
Yes, we now sharpen clipper blades
Yes, Kitchen shears can be sharpened while you wait but other scissors such as Tailor Shears and Beauty Shears must be left.
