Knife Sharpening is done on a first come first
serve basis. Your welcome to wait if you like.

--------Removal of small nicks and chips
--------Fix bent or damaged tips if
possible

Knives
--------Finished by hand honing
on a stone ranging from 1000 to 8000 grit, depending on the type of
knife.
We also offer 100% hand sharpening. Usually done for Japanese
style knives such as a Yanagi or Deba, but we will Sharpen your
western style knife also.
The price for this service starts at
$15.00 and varies depending on blade length, style and damage to the
knife. This service requires more time so we ask that you leave the
